Project Blue Book Case #7754. On December 13, 1961, a bright object was observed over Washington, D.C. — the fourth Blue Book unknown from the nation's capital. Combined with the famous 1952 radar events, the Andrews AFB case, and the multiple Arlington/Bethesda/Annandale suburban unknowns, the greater Washington area had accumulated more cases than any other metropolitan region in the country. The case was classified "Unknown."
