Project Blue Book Case #1482. On July 18, 1952, an unidentified object was observed at Lockbourne AFB — the second Blue Book unknown from this SAC installation near Columbus (following Case #1476 from July 17). Two unknowns on consecutive days at a base 60 miles from Blue Book headquarters. July 18 was the day before the first Washington, D.C., radar events. The case was classified "Unknown."
